URGENT ACTION: CALL/FAX IMPEACHMENT MESSAGE TO RAHM EMANUEL'S CHICAGO OFFICE FRIDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2007 IN SUPPORT OF PDA-CHICAGO DEMONSTRATION CALLED FOR SATURDAY, 10-20-07, HELD IN FRONT OF EMANUEL'S OFFICE TO DEMAND HE USE HIS INFLUENCE IN THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY TO PUT IMPEACHMENT BACK ON THE TABLE.
This is an Impeachment Support action by 'THE NATIONAL GRASSROOTS IMPEACHMENT NETWORK'. (Originated by the San Fernando Valley chapter of LANIC.) We encourage all impeachment, antiwar, progressive organizations around the country to join in this action.
The message below was drafted with the input of Mike Kaufman of PDA-Chicago. This network defers to the local group’s decisions regarding message and timing. Please spread the word about this national support action. We need to flood Rahm Emanuel’s office on Friday with hundreds, if not thousands, of calls and faxes to make clear to him that the local demonstrators on Saturday represent a much larger constituency.
